1. Strict Age Requirement (18+ Only)

BuddyPartner is strictly intended for adults who are at least eighteen (18) years of age. By creating an account or accessing the platform, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into these Terms under applicable laws.
• You have never been convicted of a felony or sexual offense.

We enforce zero tolerance for underage usage. If an account is discovered to belong to a minor, it will be immediately terminated with permanent hardware ban and complete forfeiture of any active membership.

2. Account Security & Verification

• OTP Authentication: You must register with a genuine mobile number verified via WhatsApp OTP. You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your device and login session.
• Profile Accuracy: You agree to provide truthful profile information and genuine avatars. Impersonation of any individual, brand, or public personality is strictly forbidden.

3. Prohibited Conduct & Community Safety

You agree to use BuddyPartner in a respectful, lawful, and courteous manner. You strictly agree NOT to:

• Display nudity, broadcast sexual acts, or engage in vulgar gestures during live calls.
• Harass, bully, stalk, intimidate, extort, or discriminate against other users.
• Solicit money, bank transfers, UPI transactions, recharges, or financial advances.
• Solicit off-platform contact details (such as personal phone numbers, Telegram, WhatsApp, or Instagram handles) to circumvent subscription memberships.
• Transmit or solicit any Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM). Any such activity results in immediate permanent ban and direct notification to cybercrime authorities.

4. Universal Membership Plans

• Access to voice and video calling features is provided exclusively via official Membership Plans (1 Month Membership, 6 Months Membership, and 1 Year Membership) purchased via Google Play In-App Billing.
• An active membership grants unlimited calling and matchmaking privileges during the active validity window.
• Memberships expire automatically at the end of their duration and are strictly non-transferable and non-assignable.

5. Live Calling Disclaimer (Unverified Strangers)

YOU EXPRESSLY ACKNOWLEDGE THAT BUDDYPARTNER CONNECTS YOU WITH OTHER REGISTERED USERS WHO ARE INDEPENDENT THIRD PARTIES.

While BuddyPartner provides the secure WebRTC communications technology, we do not perform criminal background checks on all users. You interact with other users entirely at your own risk and discretion.

6. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, graphics, UI code, logos, algorithms, and brand assets of BuddyPartner are the exclusive property of Appquires Global LLP. No unauthorized reproduction, scraping, or distribution is permitted.

7. Limitation of Liability & Governing Law

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, Appquires Global LLP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or punitive damages arising from platform usage. Any disputes arising out of these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.
