1. Mutual Respect & Decency
- Treat Everyone with Dignity: No hate speech, racial prejudice, caste discrimination, body-shaming, or abusive language will be tolerated.
- Consent & Boundaries: If someone indicates they wish to end a call or does not want to discuss a particular topic, respect their boundary immediately.
2. Zero Tolerance for Nudity & Sexual Content
- No Nudity: Showing nudity, exposing private body parts, or performing sexual acts on live audio/video calls is strictly banned.
- No Prostitution or Commercial Solicitation: Offering or seeking sexual services in exchange for money, gifts, or memberships is strictly prohibited.
- Absolute Ban on CSAM: Child sexual abuse material or any solicitation involving minors results in instantaneous permanent hardware ban, IP ban, and reporting to law enforcement agencies.
3. Financial Safety & Anti-Fraud
- Never Send Money: Never send UPI payments, transfer funds, or buy gift vouchers for anyone you meet on BuddyPartner.
- No Off-Platform Solicitation: Do not solicit other users to migrate to third-party messaging apps to avoid safety mechanisms.
- Anti-Extortion & Blackmail: Any threat of recording calls, sharing screenshots, or extorting users will be met with immediate legal prosecution.
4. In-App Reporting & Penalty Structure
You can report any violation directly during or immediately after a call. Our moderation system enforces progressive and direct penalties:
- First Infraction: Formal warning and calling privilege restriction.
- Second Infraction: Temporary suspension (24 hours to 7 days).
- Severe or Repeated Violations: Permanent account and hardware device ban with permanent forfeiture of active memberships.
